These receive data only when a customer connects the account in Cotnek, and only for that customer.

How we choose and manage them
- We send each provider only the data its task needs. Connected-account tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
- AI providers are used through their paid API terms, under which prompts are not used to train their models.
- Transfers outside the UAE use the safeguards described in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
- We update this page before a new subprocessor starts handling customer data. Business customers can ask to be told about changes by email.
Data processing agreement
Business customers who need a data processing agreement for the personal data they keep in Cotnek can request one at support@cotnek.com.
Your data in Cotnek
Workspace owners and admins can download all of their workspace data at any time from Settings › Your data. The owner can also delete the workspace there. Deletion runs 7 days after it is confirmed, so it can still be cancelled, and it removes leads, contacts, files, team logins and connected accounts. Invoices are kept as tax law requires.
