Getting started
Your first 10 minutes with Cotnek.
Cotnek is one place to run your marketing and sales with the help of AI. You tell it what you need in plain words, it prepares the work, and you approve it.
- Overview — the AI Assistant. Ask for anything: a campaign, a post, a plan, a lead report.
- Campaigns — Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) and Snapchat ad campaigns, plus landing pages that collect leads.
- Content — the AI studio for Instagram and LinkedIn posts, blogs and emails.
- Leads — your sales pipeline (CRM), the AI chat for your website, and your customer list.
- Automations — follow up with new leads automatically.
- Reports — real numbers: new leads, where they came from, deals won.
- Integrations, Team, Billing, Settings — connect your website, invite colleagues, manage your plan and account.
Good to knowNothing is created, changed or launched until you press Approve. You are always in control.
Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial on any plan. You add your card when you sign up, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Your account is created as soon as the secure payment page confirms your card.
- Go to cotnek.com/#pricing.
- Pick Monthly or Yearly at the top (yearly costs the same as 10 months — two months free).
- Press Start free trial on the plan you want: Solo, Business or Business Pro. For Enterprise, press Contact sales and our team will set it up with you.
- Enter your name, work email, company name and a password (at least 8 characters).
- Read the trial terms (they show the exact date and amount of your first charge), then add your card on the secure payment page.
- You come back to Cotnek and your workspace is ready. Log in with the email and password you just chose.
How the free trial works- For 7 days you get everything in the plan you chose. Nothing is charged during the trial.
- We email you 3 days before the trial ends, with the date and the amount that will be charged.
- When the trial ends, your saved card is charged the plan price, then every month (or year) until you cancel.
- Cancel any time before the trial ends from Billing › Manage payment & invoices and you won't be charged. Your workspace keeps working until the trial ends.
- One free trial per customer. If your email has had a Cotnek subscription before, the sign-up form tells you, and the first payment is taken the same day.
TipJoining a colleague's workspace instead? You don't need to buy anything — ask them to invite you (see Invite a teammate).
Good to knowIf you finished sign-up but can't log in, email support@cotnek.com — we set it up by hand straight away.
- Go to cotnek.com/login.html (or press Log in at the top of any page).
- Enter your email and password and press Log in.
- To log out: press your initials (top right) › Log out.
Forgot your password?
- On the login page press Forgot password?.
- Enter the email you use for Cotnek and press the button.
- We email you a one-time reset link (check spam too). It works once and expires after 1 hour.
- Open the link, choose a new password, and log in. You are signed out on all your other devices.
Sign-in codes (2-step verification)
- Go to Settings › Security and switch on Sign-in codes by email.
- We email you a 6-digit code to confirm your email — enter it and press Switch on.
- From then on, after your password Cotnek emails you a new code each time you log in. Codes expire after 10 minutes and work once.
Good to knowFor your security, Cotnek staff never ask for your password and never send you one.
The first time you log in, Cotnek opens a short setup. It takes about a minute and makes everything the AI writes fit your business.
- Your business — type your website and press Read my website: Cotnek reads it and fills in what you sell, who your customers are and where you operate. Check the answers, fix anything, press Save & continue. No website? Just fill in the boxes.
- Connect tools — connect Facebook & Instagram, WhatsApp and Snapchat now, or later in Integrations. Cotnek works without them.
- Describe what you need — pick a first task (for example Draft my first Meta campaign or Build my 30-day launch plan). Cotnek starts on it right away.
- Approve & launch — review what Cotnek prepared and approve it, or change it.
TipPressed Skip for now? No problem — you can fill in everything later under Settings › Business profile. The Get set up checklist on Overview shows what's left.
The menu (left side)
Overview, Campaigns, Content, Leads, Automations and Reports are for your daily work. Integrations, Team, Billing and Settings are for your workspace. Some areas have tabs across the top — for example Campaigns has Meta, Snapchat and Landing pages.
The top bar
- Search — find any campaign, lead or content by name. Shortcut: ⌘ K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows).
- Ask AI — jumps to the AI Assistant.
- Globe icon — choose the currency amounts are shown in, and the language (English or العربية).
- Bell — your notifications. Mark all read clears them.
- Create — start something new: ask Cotnek, a Meta or Snapchat campaign, content, a lead or an automation.
- Sun / moon switch — light or dark mode.
- Your initials — profile, billing and log out.
On a phone
Tap the ☰ button (top left) to open the menu. Everything works on a phone; wide tables can be scrolled sideways.
AI Assistant
Tell Cotnek what you need — it prepares the work for you.
- Open Overview in the menu (or press Ask AI at the top).
- Type what you need in the box at the bottom — just like a message to a colleague.
- Press Enter or the ↑ button. (Shift + Enter starts a new line.)
- Watch the steps appear as Cotnek works. Answers and written copy show up in the chat.
- Routine CRM work (leads, tasks, notes) is done straight away and listed under Done for you. Anything that publishes, spends or messages people appears on a review card — press Approve & launch.
Good things to ask
- “Launch a Meta lead campaign for our spring offer, $30 a day, Dubai.”
- “How is my business doing this month, and which campaign is performing best?”
- “Show me my hot leads that are still in the qualified stage.”
- “Write a LinkedIn post and a marketing email announcing our new menu.”
- “Create a landing page for our free consultation offer.”
- “Pause any campaign that is spending but getting no leads.”
- “Add Sara Khan from Acme Trading and remind me to call her tomorrow at 10.”
- “Who should I follow up with this week?”
- “Get more leads for our spring offer: a landing page, a Meta campaign at $25 a day and a reminder to check results on Friday.”
TipBe specific: who it's for, the offer, the budget, the city and the tone. Cotnek already knows your business profile, so you don't need to repeat it.
| You ask for… | What Cotnek does |
|---|
| Numbers and answers | Reads your real data: business overview, lead report, campaigns, automations, landing pages. Finds leads by stage and your hot leads. Analyses campaign performance — the measured numbers are shown separately from Cotnek's interpretation of them. |
| Writing | Social posts, emails, blog articles, ad copy, video scripts — in English or Gulf Arabic. |
| Advice | Marketing plans, market research, pricing, go-to-market and new business ideas, with rough budgets and next steps. Web research reads real pages and cites its sources. |
| Big jobs | Deep research across many sources, or many posts at once, run in the background. Progress shows in the chat, you can keep working, and you get a notification when it's done. |
| Your documents | Looks up prices, services and policies in the documents you add under Settings › Business profile › Knowledge. |
| Campaigns | Builds complete Meta or Snapchat campaigns, turns campaigns on or off, changes budgets and settings, creates a new ad set from an existing campaign. |
| Leads | Adds leads to your pipeline, moves or updates several leads at once, changes deal values and creates follow-up tasks with reminders. |
| From plan to campaigns | After a marketing plan, say “now create the campaigns”. Cotnek drafts the Meta and Snapchat parts of the plan, asks you to confirm each daily budget first, and tells you which parts (for example LinkedIn, Google or SEO) it can't run. |
| Automations & reports | Designs follow-up workflows and creates reports. |
| Landing pages | Designs and publishes a lead-capture page. |
Good to knowAnything that creates or changes something is only prepared — it waits for your approval. Reading data and writing copy happen straight away.
What it can't do yetRun LinkedIn, Google, TikTok or X ads; SEO or backlink work; send WhatsApp or SMS messages; send bulk email newsletters; post to social networks automatically. Ask for any of these and Cotnek says so and suggests the closest thing it can do. When you name a website (for example “analyse example.com”), Cotnek reads it first so the advice fits the real business. Budget figures in a plan are checked, and any that don't add up are marked “check:”.
Cotnek works like an assistant on your team: routine CRM work it simply does, and anything that matters outside your company it prepares for your approval.
| Done right away | Waits for your approval |
|---|
| Adding a lead; changing a lead's stage, deal value, owner, tags or notes; creating and completing follow-up tasks | Ad campaigns and budgets; landing pages (they go public); automations; emails to leads; changes to more than 10 records at once; anything that would trigger an email to a lead |
Things done right away appear under Done for you in the chat with an Undo button (available for 7 days). Everything else appears on a review card:
- Read the card carefully (name, budget, audience, text…).
- Happy with it? Press Approve & launch. Cotnek makes the change and confirms it.
- Want something different? Press Change something and type what to change — for example “make it $50 a day”.
- Don't want it? Press Cancel. Nothing is created.
Some actions are marked High impact — anything that can spend money or that changes more than 10 records at once. You're asked to confirm those once more.
Bigger goals
Ask for something with several steps — “get more leads for our spring offer: a landing page, a $25/day Meta campaign and a reminder on Friday” — and Cotnek shows a plan checklist, does the routine steps, and puts the rest on review cards. After you approve, it carries on with any remaining steps by itself and ticks them off.
Good to knowActivity (top of the chat) lists everything Cotnek did or prepared, who approved it, and lets you undo routine changes. Owners and admins can turn off routine actions under Settings › Workspace › Let Cotnek AI do routine CRM work — then everything waits for approval. Viewers can ask questions but can't approve or undo. If a request reads text written by others (for example a lead's notes), Cotnek asks before changing anything in that request. Budgets are only ever used when you typed them yourself.
Under every piece of writing Cotnek produces you'll find:
- Copy — copies the text so you can paste it anywhere.
- Save to Studio — keeps it in your content library (Content › AI studio › All Content).
- النسخة العربية / English version — rewrites it in natural Gulf Arabic, or back into English. It adapts the message for the audience instead of translating word for word.
- New chat (top of Overview) starts a fresh conversation. Use it when you switch to a different topic.
- History shows your earlier chats. Click one to open it and carry on where you left off.
- Inside one chat Cotnek remembers what you said earlier, so you can say “now make the same for Snapchat”.
Ask Cotnek real business questions — it answers like a senior growth consultant: a direct recommendation first, then details, steps, rough budgets and what to measure.
- “Give me a 90-day marketing plan for a new café in Jumeirah.”
- “Which should I open in Business Bay — a juice bar or a salad bar?”
- “How should I price a monthly cleaning subscription for villas?”
ImportantWhen Cotnek researches on the web, the answer lists its sources and numbers like [1] point to them. Figures without a source are estimates. Always check costs, licences and regulations locally before you commit money.
| Message | What it means and what to do |
|---|
| AI is busy | Too many requests reached the AI at once. Cotnek already waited and retried for you. It tries once more by itself after a short countdown (“Retrying in 20s”), or press the button to try straight away. Any answer you already received is kept. |
| Limit reached | You've used this month's AI credits, or hit a plan limit (team members, campaigns or leads). Press Buy credits or See plans. Only the workspace owner or an admin can buy. |
| The AI assistant is switched off | AI is temporarily unavailable. You can still do everything by hand from the menu. |
| This request was interrupted | Cotnek usually picks up where it left off after a server restart. If it was cut off for too long, send your message again. |
| Stopped | You pressed Stop (the square button that replaces Send while Cotnek works). Nothing else happens for that request, and anything it had prepared is cancelled. |
| Cotnek AI has reached its usage limit for today | A daily safety limit for your workspace was reached. It resets at midnight UTC; your monthly credits are not affected. |
| That request could not be handled | The AI refused the request (for example unsafe content). Rephrase it. |
Business profile
Teach Cotnek about your business once — it uses it everywhere.
- Go to Settings › Business profile.
- Type your website address and press Read my website. Cotnek fills in the details for you.
- Check every box and correct anything: what you sell, your customers, the cities you serve, what makes you different, your brand voice, your main goal, languages and competitors.
- Press Save business profile.
- Under Knowledge, paste your price list, services or FAQs — or add a page from your website — and press Add. Cotnek looks facts up there instead of guessing.
TipThe better this profile, the better every campaign, post and answer. Update it when your offer changes.
At the bottom of Settings › Business profile you'll find two weekly helpers. Both arrive every Monday at 09:00 UAE time.
- Monday summary (free) — a notification with last week's real numbers: new leads, top lead source, website chats and deals won. On by default.
- Weekly plan (uses about 100 AI credits a week) — Cotnek drafts the week's social posts and an email, and recommends one campaign, ready for you to review on Overview. Off until you switch it on.
Ads & campaigns
Build Meta and Snapchat campaigns in minutes.
ImportantCotnek builds complete campaigns — objective, audience, budget, schedule, ad text, image and link. Connect your own ad account once (Integrations › Facebook & Instagram, or the banner on the Snapchat page) and switching a campaign on publishes it there. Meta or Snapchat bills your ad spend to your own account — Cotnek never pays or charges for it. Without a connection, campaigns stay in Cotnek as a ready-made plan you can set up in Ads Manager yourself.
New campaigns always start Paused. When your ad account is connected, switching one on publishes it (if it isn't already) and starts spending up to its daily budget; pausing it pauses it on Meta or Snapchat too. Each campaign row shows whether it is On Meta / On Snapchat, or why it could not be published. Spend and results come from the ad platform every few hours — press the refresh button on a row to update them now.
Before a campaign can go live it needs an image and the page people open (your website or a Cotnek landing page) — add both with the image button on its row. Meta lead campaigns also need your privacy policy link, because Meta shows it on the lead form; their leads then arrive in your pipeline automatically.
- Go to Campaigns › Meta and press Create with Chat. (Or: top bar Create › Meta campaign.)
- Work through the steps on the left, one at a time: Objective (Sales, Leads, Awareness or Re-engagement), Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp), Name, daily Budget, Audience (location, age, interests), Placements, Creative (ad text and an optional image or video) and Schedule.
- Cotnek suggests names and writes the ad text for you. Pick a suggestion or type your own at any step.
- Watch the Building your campaign panel on the right: it shows the campaign, ad set and ad as they take shape, plus an ad preview.
- Press Approve & Launch. The campaign is saved in Cotnek, paused, until you turn it on.
TipYou can also just tell the assistant on Overview: “Launch a Meta lead campaign for our villa cleaning offer, AED 150 a day, Dubai Marina and JLT.”
- Go to Campaigns › Meta (or Snapchat) and press Manual form.
- Fill in: Campaign name, Objective, Platform (Meta only) and Daily budget (USD).
- Press Create campaign. It appears in the list, paused.
- Go to Campaigns › Snapchat.
- Press Create with AI for the guided chat, or Manual form for a quick form.
- Answer the questions (goal, audience, budget, ad text) and press Approve & Launch.
Good to knowIf your Snapchat ad account isn't connected yet, the banner at the top has a Connect Snapchat button (owners and admins). Until it's connected, campaigns are saved in Cotnek, paused. Snap Ads are full-screen, so pick an image that still works when cropped to 9:16.
- Turn on / pause — use the switch on the campaign's row.
- Look inside — the Campaigns, Ad Sets and Ads tabs show each level of your campaigns.
- Filter — the platform chips (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) show only campaigns on that platform.
- Change budget, audience or text — ask the assistant: “Raise the Summer Sale budget to $60 a day.” Review and approve.
- Copy a campaign / new ad set — ask the assistant: “Make a copy of Summer Sale targeting Abu Dhabi.”
- Go to Campaigns › Meta (or Snapchat).
- Press Export.
- A .csv file downloads — open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Landing pages
Pages hosted by Cotnek that turn visitors into leads.
A landing page is a simple one-page website for one offer, with a form. Every form sent arrives in your Leads automatically.
With AI (fastest)
- Go to Campaigns › Landing pages and press Create with AI.
- Finish the sentence: “Create a landing page for… our free first consultation for new patients.”
- Review the page Cotnek designed and approve it. It goes live.
By hand
- Press Create manually.
- Fill in: internal name (only you see it), Headline, Subheadline, an optional Offer line, Benefits (one per line), Button text and the Thank-you message people see after sending the form.
- Optional: add your WhatsApp number with country code (for example +971501234567) to show a “Chat on WhatsApp” button.
- Press Publish page.
Each page in the list shows its status, views, leads and conversion rate. The buttons on the right:
- Copy link — copy the page address to share in ads, WhatsApp, Instagram bio or email.
- Edit — change the text and save.
- Unpublish / Publish — take the page offline or put it back.
- Delete — removes the page and its link stops working. Leads it collected stay in your CRM.
Content Studio
Posts, emails and blogs written with AI.
- Go to Content › AI studio.
- Pick a tab: Instagram, LinkedIn, Blog or Email. Each one follows the rules of that channel.
- Describe what you want: the topic, the audience and the goal. Example: “Instagram post announcing our weekend brunch, family audience, book a table.”
- Optional: press a tone button — Professional, Casual, Urgent or Data-driven.
- Press Generate.
- Use the buttons under the result: Copy, Regenerate for a new version, or Save as draft.
TipShort on ideas? Ask on Overview: “Give me a month of Instagram post ideas for Ramadan.”
- All Content (right side of the studio) lists everything you saved. Press New to add a piece by hand: title, channel, text and status (Draft, Scheduled or Published).
- Content Calendar shows your content by day: 🟢 published, 🔵 scheduled, 🟠 draft.
- Top Performing Content highlights your best pieces.
Good to knowInstagram and Facebook posts can post themselves. Press the calendar button on a post, add its images and choose the time — Cotnek posts it on your connected Instagram account or Facebook Page (connect them in Integrations), or press the send button to post now. Instagram needs at least one image; up to 10 make a carousel. LinkedIn and X posts are copied and posted by you.
Leads & CRM
Every potential customer, from first hello to deal won.
Go to Leads › Pipeline. Each column is a stage in your sales process:
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|
| New | Just arrived — nobody has spoken to them yet. |
| Contacted | You've reached out. |
| Qualified | They're a good fit and interested. |
| Proposal | You've sent a quote or offer. |
| Negotiation | Agreeing the final details. |
| Won 🎉 | They became a customer. |
Each card shows the person, company, deal value, a score bar (how likely they are to buy, 0–100) and how many follow-up tasks are open (red when one is overdue). Tap a card to open the lead. Below the board, Recent Leads lists them with source, score, value and status.
- Go to Leads › Pipeline and press Add Lead (or top bar Create › Lead).
- Fill in: Full name, Company, Email, Deal value (USD), Lead score (0–100) and Source (where they came from).
- Press Add lead. It appears in the New column, and any automation for new leads starts.
Good to knowLeads from your landing pages and website chat are added automatically — you don't need to type them in. If the same email or phone already exists, Cotnek adds a note to that lead instead of making a duplicate.
Tap or click any lead — a card on the pipeline or a row in Recent Leads — to open it. From there you can:
- Change the stage — tap a stage button (New, Contacted … Won, Lost). This works the same on a phone, tablet or computer. On a computer you can also drag the card to another column.
- Edit details — name, company, email, phone, deal value, score, source, owner and notes. Press Save changes.
- Add a follow-up task — type what needs doing, pick when it's due, press Add. When it's due, the person it's assigned to gets a notification and an email reminder. Tick the circle when it's done.
- See the history — every change is listed with the date and who made it: you, a teammate, an automation or Cotnek AI.
- Delete the lead — at the bottom. This also deletes its tasks and can't be undone.
You can also ask the assistant: “Move Meera Sharma to qualified”, “Change the TechNova deal to 4,500”, or “Remind me to call Meera on Thursday at 10.” Review and approve.
TipMoving a lead to Won records the deal, which shows up in your reports. If you move it back out of Won, the unpaid deal is removed, and changing the deal value of a won lead updates its deal too.
Good to knowViewers can open leads but can't change them.
The website chat answers your visitors 24/7 in Arabic or English using your business profile, and collects the name and phone or email of interested visitors. They appear in your Leads automatically.
- Go to Leads › Website chat.
- Press Copy code.
- Paste the code on your website just before
</body> on every page. It works with WordPress, Shopify, Wix and custom sites. (Not sure how? Send the code to whoever manages your website.) - Make sure Chat is switched on is ticked, write the First message visitors see, and press Save.
- Press Try it to test the chat yourself.
Recent conversations on the same page shows every chat, and which lead it created.
Good to knowOnly the workspace owner or an admin can change the chat settings.
- Go to Leads › Customers.
- Press Add Client.
- Fill in the client name, industry, contact email, monthly revenue and status (Onboarding, Active or Paused), then press Add client.
Useful for agencies and service businesses that want one list of active clients and their monthly value.
Automations
Follow up with leads without lifting a finger.
An automation (also called a workflow) waits for something to happen — a trigger — and then carries out steps for you.
- Triggers: a new lead arrives (optionally only from one source, such as your landing page), or a lead moves to a stage you choose.
- Steps: send an email, create a task (which reminds the person it's for when it's due), assign the lead to a teammate, move the lead to a stage, add a tag, or notify you. Any step can wait first (for example 2 days).
Every run is recorded in the workflow's activity log and on the lead's history, so you can always see what happened — and why a step didn't.
Solo includes up to 3 automations; Business, Business Pro and Enterprise include unlimited automations.
ImportantEmail steps are sent for real — from “Your business via Cotnek”, and when a lead replies, the reply goes to the workspace owner's email. A lead with no email address is skipped. WhatsApp steps send one of your approved WhatsApp templates from your own WhatsApp Business number — connect it in Integrations first. WhatsApp only lets a business start a conversation with a template Meta has approved (create them in WhatsApp Manager; approval usually takes under a day). A lead with no phone number is skipped.
- Go to Automations › Workflows and press New Workflow.
- Give it a name.
- Under Starts, choose A new lead arrives (and, if you like, only from one source) or A lead moves to a stage (and pick the stage).
- Under Then, set up each step: choose what it does, how long to wait first, and fill in the details. Use
{{name}} to insert the lead's name — for example “Hi {{name}}, thanks for getting in touch!”. Press Add a step for more. - Press Create and switch on.
To change a workflow later, tap it in All Workflows and press Edit. If something is missing — an email without a subject, a task without a title — Cotnek tells you before saving.
With the assistant
Describe the whole flow on Overview: “When a new lead comes from the landing page, tag them ‘web’, notify me, and if they're still New after 2 days, create a follow-up task.” Cotnek designs it — you approve.
- Go to Automations › Workflows.
- Use the switch on a workflow's row to turn it on or off. The Last 7 days column shows if any runs failed.
- Tap a workflow to open it. You'll see its steps and its activity log: one entry per lead it ran for.
Each step in a run shows one of: Done; Skipped, with the reason (for example “Lead has no email address”); Failed, with the error; Waiting, with when it will run; or Stopped, when a condition ended the workflow as designed.
If a run failed or skipped a step, fix the cause (for example add the lead's email) and press Retry. Only the steps that didn't happen run again — nobody gets the same email twice. Press Open lead to jump to the lead.
Good to knowIf a workflow fails 5 times in a row, Cotnek pauses it and sends you a notification. The log keeps 90 days of runs.
Reports
See what's working, with real numbers.
Go to Reports › Performance.
- Lead engine — leads collected by your landing pages, website chat and pipeline. Switch between 7 days, 30 days and 90 days. Shows new leads per day, where they came from and your top landing pages.
- Key numbers — revenue, leads, conversions and more at a glance.
- AI Growth Insights — short tips written from your live data.
- Pipeline, top campaigns, automations and team activity — a summary of each area with shortcuts.
- Go to Reports › Saved reports and press Generate (or New Report).
- Name the report and choose a type: Monthly, Quarterly, Client (white-label — without Cotnek branding; Business Pro and Enterprise), SEO or Custom.
- Press Generate. The report is built from your live data and saved in the list.
- To download the summary numbers, press Export — you get a spreadsheet file (.csv).
Team
Work together in one workspace.
- Go to Team and press Invite.
- Enter their email address and choose a role (see Roles).
- Press Send invite. We email them the invite, and a window also shows their personal invite link.
- If they can't find the email, press Copy link and send it to them on WhatsApp or chat.
- They open the link, enter their name and a password, and they're in.
Good to knowThe link works once, and only for the email you invited. Lost it? Press Copy link next to their name under Team Members (shown as Pending). Your plan sets how many people can join: Solo 1 (just you), Business 5, Business Pro 20, Enterprise unlimited.
Team roles come with Business, Business Pro and Enterprise. On Solo you are the only member, as the owner.
| Role | Can do |
|---|
| Owner | Everything. The person who bought the plan. There is one owner per workspace. |
| Admin | Everything the owner can, including billing, plans, AI credits, inviting people, workspace settings and website chat settings. |
| Editor | Create and change campaigns, content, leads, landing pages, automations and reports, and use the AI. Cannot manage billing, the team or workspace settings. |
| Viewer | Read only: can see everything and ask the assistant questions, but cannot create, change or approve anything. |

Enterprise is agreed with our sales team on a yearly contract, with guided onboarding, AI training for your team, and invoicing in AED by bank transfer if you prefer.
On the Starter plan?Starter is no longer sold. If you subscribed to it, you keep its price and limits for as long as your subscription stays active, and you can move to any current plan whenever you like.
- Go to Billing.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly above the plans.
- Press Upgrade (or Switch to yearly) on the plan you want and complete the secure payment.
- Upgrading, or monthly → yearly: you pay now; the unused part of your current plan is credited.
- Downgrading, or yearly → monthly: the difference is credited to your next invoice.
Good to knowOnly the owner or an admin can change the plan. If you're over a lower plan's limits (for example more team members), remove some first.
AI credits are what the AI uses when it writes, plans or researches for you. Short requests use a few credits; long answers and multi-step requests use more. Reading your data is cheap; long reports and campaigns cost more.
- Monthly credits come with your plan and reset on the 1st of every month. Unused monthly credits don't carry over.
- Bought and bonus credits never expire. They're used only after your monthly credits run out.
- See your balance at the top of Billing (AI credits) and in Usage This Month.
- Go to Billing.
- In the AI credits box, choose a pack: 2,500 credits for $19 or 10,000 credits for $59.
- Pay on the secure payment page. The credits are added the moment the payment succeeds.
Good to knowCredit packs never expire and have no cash value. Only the owner or an admin can buy them.
- Go to Billing and find Invite a business.
- Press Copy link and share it with other business owners.
- When a business signs up and pays through your link, you each get 1,000 bonus AI credits that never expire.
The same box shows how many businesses joined through your link and the credits you earned.
- Go to Billing and press Manage payment & invoices (top right).
- A secure billing page opens. There you can change your card, download your invoices and receipts, or cancel your subscription.
- If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Cancelling during your free trial means you're never charged; your workspace keeps working until the trial ends.
- Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Every payment is also listed under Billing History on the Billing page.
If your card is declined at renewal, you'll see a notification in Cotnek. We retry automatically over the next few days. Update your card in Manage payment & invoices to avoid interruption. If every retry fails, the plan is cancelled.
Settings & account

Integrations
What Cotnek connects to today — honestly.
| Connection | Status | What works |
|---|
| Your website | Available | AI chat that answers visitors and captures leads — one line of code. |
| Landing pages | Available | Pages hosted by Cotnek; every form goes straight into your pipeline. |
| Facebook & Instagram | Available | Connect once: campaigns publish to your own Meta ad account when you switch them on, Instagram and Facebook posts go out on schedule, and Lead Ads forms arrive as leads. |
| Snapchat ads | Available | Connect your Snapchat ad account; campaigns publish to it when you switch them on. |
| WhatsApp Business | Available | Your own number: automations send approved templates, and customers' replies arrive in the WhatsApp inbox as leads. “Chat on WhatsApp” buttons work on landing pages. |
| Email | Available | Automation follow-ups and email campaigns to your contacts, with unsubscribe handled for you. |
| API & webhooks | Available | Send leads in from any tool and get new leads, stage changes and won deals out — works with Zapier and Make. See the API guide. |
You'll always find the current list under Integrations in Cotnek.
- Go to Integrations and press Connect Facebook (owners and admins).
- Log in to Facebook and tick the Pages, ad accounts and Instagram accounts Cotnek may use, then confirm.
- Back in Cotnek, check the ad account and Page it picked. Press Change Page / ad account to choose others.
Your Instagram account must be a professional (business or creator) account linked to the Page. Your ad account's currency is fine — Cotnek converts budgets for you. To disconnect, press Disconnect; you can also remove Cotnek in Meta Business Settings › Integrations.
- Go to Integrations and press Connect WhatsApp. In Meta's window, choose or create your WhatsApp Business account and add your business number.
- Create message templates in WhatsApp Manager (for example a welcome message for new leads). Meta approves them, usually within a day.
- Add a Send a WhatsApp message step to a workflow and pick a template.
- Replies arrive in Leads › WhatsApp. Within 24 hours of a customer's last message you can reply freely; after that, WhatsApp only allows a template.
Good to knowAlready on the WhatsApp Cloud API? Use Use my own API token to connect with your permanent token. Cotnek can then send, but replies keep going to your own app. Meta bills WhatsApp messages to your WhatsApp account.
- Go to Automations › Email campaigns.
- Describe the email (“15% off for past customers this weekend”) and press Write the email — or write it yourself.
- Check the text, the button and Who gets it: everyone, customers who bought before, or leads by stage, tag or source. The count and the preview update as you change it.
- Press Send me a test, tick that these people agreed to hear from you, then send now or schedule it.
Emails come from your business name, and replies go to you. Every email has an unsubscribe link; people who unsubscribe, bounce or mark it as spam are never emailed again. Opens, clicks and bounces show on the campaign.
Under Settings › API & webhooks (owners and admins) you can create an API key to send leads into Cotnek from your website or other tools, and add a webhook URL to receive new leads, stage changes and won deals — for example in Zapier or Make. The API guide has examples.
Troubleshooting & contact
Quick fixes and how to reach us.
- I signed up (or paid) but can't log in.
- Use the email you signed up with. If it still doesn't work, email support@cotnek.com — we'll finish your setup by hand.
- “Sign-up requires a paid plan.”
- New workspaces are created only through Pricing. To join a colleague's workspace, open the invite link they sent you.
- My invite link doesn't work.
- It works once, only for the invited email, and stops working if the invite was cancelled. Ask the person who invited you to press Copy link on the Team page again.
- “You do not have permission to perform this action.”
- Your role doesn't allow it (for example billing needs Owner or Admin, and Viewers can't make changes). Ask your workspace owner.
- “Your plan includes up to…”
- You've reached a plan limit (team members, active campaigns or leads). Upgrade under Billing, or remove some first.
- “This workspace has been suspended.”
- Contact support@cotnek.com — we'll explain why and how to restore access.
- “Your session has ended — please log in again.”
- Your password was changed or you were signed out for security. Log in again.
- The AI is busy.
- See assistant messages — wait a minute and press Try again.
- Something looks wrong or out of date.
- Refresh the page. On a phone, close and reopen the tab.
Include what you were doing, what you expected and what happened (a screenshot helps). We never ask for your password.
